Being employed at my father's firm isn't too bad. I get all the vacation time I want and pretty much whatever I ask for I get. My jobs pretty easy, I just say yes to whatever my father says and play videogames. Recently, some of my co-workers were complaining about how I reject the responsibilities that come with my position but I just figured it wasn't much of a problem considering I don't much like that part of my job anyway.

Recently, a co-worker of mine was underfire for mishandling something and some co-workers tried to correct them or something along those lines. All I know is after the smoke had cleared I was the only executive on the board after my father's secretary had taken some much-needed vacation time. It was pretty scary as you could imagine. Thankfully they came back early and I was able to forget about all that work. I didn't plan on doing it anyway, If you don't feel like doing something it's probably not worth doing in the first place. For the most part, I just hand off my work to the secretary.
