hope you see that your actions have a huge impact on others and you really didn't treat lloyd with respect when he warned you not to talk about drugs. joking about drugs really isn't okay because its against the rules & others can be offended by it/might have irl issues and drug talk can be triggering. and if you want to be admin on oldcp then act like one. stop screaming "staff reset" and start making actual feedback and suggestion posts/reply to those posts like Sam did.

Don't forget also that removing mods means you still have to find someone to replace them, and then you have to train the new people, all of which takes time. Maybe it's necessary, maybe it's not. Perhaps a better course of action is a little more training or re-training for the current mod team and evaluating from there.
Another thing to consider is the amount of manpower the current team has. It seems to me as more of an outsider that the team currently is a bit small for the large influx of users. It is doubtful that the player numbers will drop for quite some time due to real-world events, so perhaps it would be worth adding a few additional moderators beyond the current GoM.
