I'm so poor.

September 11th, 2001. At 8:46 AM EST, the first plane crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center complex known as the Twin Towers. Horrified onlookers quickly noticed and frantically called for fire department, police, and medical help alike. By this time, news stations such as CNN and NBC were told of the attacks. About a short time later, a second plane crashed into the South Tower, which was caught on live broadcasts on news stations reporting the gruesome destruction of the WTC. At about approximately 10 AM EST, the South Tower collapsed.

Hundreds of people inside the World Trade Center either slipped away from smoke inhalation, while many others decided to either try to climb down the tower for safety and failed to do so or purposely jump to their deaths. Another plane was hijacked and crashed into the Pentagon in Arlington County, Virginia, the headquarters of the United States Department of Defense. A fourth plane was even headed for the White House in Washington D.C., however the passengers attempted to overcome the hijackers and ended up crashing in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

A total of about 2,997 people died in the terrorist attacks. Later, it was revealed that Osama bin Laden, a leader of the terrorist group al-Qaeda, claimed the extremist group's responsibility for the terrorist attacks on the United States.




While not everything about the aftermath of 9/11 is known, the Twin Towers were eventually rebuilt years later. On May 2nd, 2011, bin Laden was killed by a Navy SEAL team in a compound where bin Laden had been living at the time of his death.

On February 26th, 1993, the World Trade Center was slightly rocked by a bomb that had exploded on the ground below the Twin Towers. The plot was to initially bring the North Tower crashing down on the South Tower, bringing both to the ground. It didn't succeed, but 6 people were killed in the attack.


Let's all remember the unfortunate victims that have fallen on 9/11 and the people who had answered the call for help, and made us a stronger nation.

You've had one chance too many. We can't keep giving you chances when you aren't going to improve, just like the other times you said you would change. I respect the opinion you have stated and I am not opposing your speech in any way. However, Sherlock should have not been rude to other people since they were mean, because two wrongs don't make a right. He would have been fine if he hadn't had such a vulgar reaction to those people that hated him. Myself included, I would like to apologize to Sherlock and his childish actions, since I know there was a time where I was just like him. It's just that Sherlock would've had a better chance of being unbanned had he not been so obscene towards us when we disagreed or belittled him.

Again, no opposition towards your post, I just felt like I needed to get this off my chest.
