It is never wise to break rules because a Moderator isn't online. Who knows? There may be undercover PW members lurking, and trusted members of the community always lend a hand. The new Moderators do help out a lot- they are very active.

As would the snowballs.
 Well, we already have snowballs like puffles, waterballoons, etc... It would hurt to add colored ones. But I think changing things with the chat bubbles would move it a bit far.

Dogs are very great animals. I am a bit more of a cat person, but I love dogs as well. They are quite intelligent creatures.

Many times things like this will happen, and it is quite unfortunate. Your suspension is almost over. But, your side of the story should have been heard. Yet if there was proof, I believe that may be the reason why it was not investigated.

Hello,

It would be great if you provided a bit more information. Such as,

What accounts are "banned"

If it is Forums, it is a glitch. Try relogging in, because it shows up as a Rookie for me.

If it is an Oldcp issue, please provide when you were last online, and what Moderators were online, and if you got into any fight with another user.

In my opinion if you have to say that you're mature, I doubt you are. If you have to advertise it, then maybe its not what you're trying to make it seem. Now, you actually could be mature. Whether you are or not, God knows I can't judge. But tbh, other people should be saying you are instead of you saying you are

 I actually agree, I don't know why someone would dislike this.

 Sometimes you have to accept that you are a bit too young. I mean, 8 is very young. You can always earn other ranks, but it will be rather difficult because of your age and maturity level.

Yes, it is quite annoying, isn't it? It is not very much seen, and extremely hard to find the so called "culprit."
