You could probably find it, but we will probably not give it to you. That is kind of like giving something of ours.

•
14th March 2015, 08:45 PM
Hello... and welcome to.....
Cooking with May!
Today's recipe is......
Teriyaki Carrot Pork Rolls.
Lets get started!
Ingredients
large, FULL SIZED carrots. (4)
Non-alcoholic Mirin, or Sugar (1 tbs)
Water (1 tbs)
Thinly (very thin) sliced pork (8 of them)
Soy Sauce (1 tbs)
Sesame/Olive/Canola Oil (1 tbs)
Corn/potato starch
Procedure
1.) Skin the carrots
2.) Lay 8 of your thinly sliced pork down on a cutting board. *Beware of cross-contamination!*
3.) Cut your carrots into medium sized little chunks- 2 chunks per carrot.
4.) Season the pork with salt on both sides
5.) Fill a pot with water, and bring to a boil on high heat.
6.) Put your carrots in the pot and boil for 10 minutes. *keep your eye out! Do not let it overflow. Adjust temperature if needed throughout cooking.
7.) After cooking carrots, drain and run under cool water until cool to touch.
8.) Roll carrots in the pork. (kind of like a pig in a blanket.)
9.) In a pan, heat 1 tbs oil on Medium-high heat.
10.) Place the pork rolls SEAM SIDE DOWN on the pan, and cook on all sides till they are golden brown and crispy.
11.) Turn on medium-low/low
12.) Meanwhile, quickly mix the Mirin/Sugar, water, and soy sauce together.
13.) Pour the sauce over the pork rolls.
14.) Take a pinch of corn/potato starch and sprinkle it on the sauce, and stir.
15.) Cook until sauce thickens.
And now, it is finished and ready to eat.

The search for more money? It was a very successful film, it would be a loss if they didn't make it larger.
Personally, I love frozen. *shakes off the haters*

Mod isn't the world.

Moderator I believe, is in the middle of what everyone thinks.
1st thought- Mod is super serious. It is like a real life job!
2nd thought- Mod looks so fun walk on walls and partay!!!
It's pretty much in the middle of those two. It IS a large responsibility, and it does cause stress from time to time. It isn't just walking on walls. But, it isn't something that you can't have fun with. You can still chat, hang around, and have fun, but still do your Moderator duties.

Coffee... This is the third time you have reposted this post. You don't need to do that.
I also suggest to calm down the spacing- its a bit difficult to read with so many spaces in between each sentence.

Why you SHOULDN'T want ranks
•
10th March 2015, 11:06 PM
I very much agree. But one thing is troubling me- Tennis, other staff members- what did YOU do to earn you rank? You did focus on wanting it somewhat. Oh but I very much agree. You don't need to put all your focus on that. Relax, as Tennis said. Having and being fun is also a part of being a great user.
In my personal mind, I am fine with letting the users have the "fun." Because "fun" to me, is Moderating the users, and helping them. That's my fun.

It's a pleasure to work on here.

Judging from his eyes, he looked pretty fatigued. I have some British friends, and they often stay up to 4-5AM because that's when all the Americans are on.
I'm actually sick at the moment and it's stunted my recovery from a 120 mile road cycling race this weekend That's why I look tired.

Yes, I loved the videos! It made me feel a lot better. I am not now so afraid to have fun, whilst moderating. Not only that, the view on the rules. I enjoyed it quite much, I hope everyone learned something from it.
