The lighting has some effect, but most of it is on your eyes. The dress is, in a fact, stated by the company, blue and black. Funny story- sales rate on that dress increased after the the big hype of "the dress."

The lighting does effect the way others see it. I have a darker shade of eye, so maybe people of darker eye colors see blue and black. My sister has lighter eyes, and she sees white and gold. So I think that not only light, but eye color determines the color for the beholder. Like I stated above, it is the way light hits the retina. The eye sends a signal to the brain. Even some eye scientists are seeing different things.

Yes, it depends on your eyes. Science shows, that the color of your eyes and the way light hits your retina, deflects on how you see things. Everyone sees things somewhat different. This dress, however, does much to prove how the science works.

Some corrections:

/kick does NOT put them in jail. It just kicks them off the server.

You don't necessarily have to give them 3 warning before a kick
