I agree with Wend how only the popular/formerly ranked users and ranked users usually have all or at the very least most of the fun in the DSGHQ, that the staff is filled with the same users, and I also think that DSGHQ isn't fun for some of us but I (and maybe some other users) have grown accustom to all these things.

I just find it frustrating how ranked users who have been punished once or multiple times/done something bad are super duper but some of us who have tried to make a contribution to the (what used to be in my opinion) "community" get no recognition.

I think all leagues should invest new refs.
