Hmm...I agree with this 50 50, let me tell you why.
Yeah, some people do have school, summer camps, and all of that, which is quite annoying that they have to stay on 15+ hours with all of that going on, but you can be excused. I do agree when you say we should change it to a reasonable 10 hours. Also, I think the mod spreadsheets are a good way to see which mods are active and which ones aren't.
Adawg ask yourself this: was the "rant" well thought out and organized, or did it just cause problems and was just a bunch of problems smashed together as a "opinion"?

People, Damen said in his videos, (which most of you worship,) that if you have a problem with DSGHQ or any of the rules to talk to him PRIVATELY.

Bots are abused.

Stop complaining about these spreadsheets, I like them as much as all of you do. But do you realize that it's a good way to keep mods active, and to see which ones are active and which ones aren't? We don't need inactive mods that never login, plus, Roberto said you can be EXCUSED.

Damen banned it and closed the XAT chat for DSGHQ down, so we can't use it anymore. I am pretty sure because rules were being broken.

As Master, I will make the forums a peaceful place by programming bullying programs and others!
I also will report problems that happen and be a good guide when someone new comes by giving them a link to my or our tutorial link! I will try to be very active at least 6 hours a day if possible! My expierence is coming up next.
I was Master last year and I thought it was a very interesting job. I learned many differences like being well known, having more replies on posts, meeting more friends, and many more that I don't really care about. I care about helping our community but only one thing from there is not carefree for me! Meeting...Friends... Meeting friends, yes, meeting friends! Meeting friends is so awesome because then, you have more entertainment! I got to be good friends with many mods too like Sadie, PenguinDSC, Cyberwolf, Littlewolf, but 2 admins! Damen and Roberto! It was so cool to meet them and I hope that happens again if I make Master again! To be a Master, I know I have to be as kind as possible and try to be a good guide!
