I have come up with a suggestion that might make us all feel a little special. My suggestion is...

Anneversity Badges!

So, what are these badges?

Well they are badges that indicate how many years you have been playing DSGHQ. You also receive 200 spare gold. Right now, some users have almost been laying for up to two years. In BUT there are steps to earn this badge. I'm going to explain that right now.

So in order to claim this badge, you will need to:

1) Stay active on the forums
&
2) Have a reputation higher than 100

You must stay active more than 9 months at least and have a Very Goodreputation. Users can find out on a personal day timer, which I am going to suggest later. If the user does not reach the requirements above, they will fail to receive the badge. And now to my next suggestion:

So you know on OldCP there's a statistic place of how long a person has been playing? Well I think we should have the same thing, only on forums (and a few changes).The timer tells how long you've been playing DSGHQ by hour, week, month, & year. This could be right next to the Moods button, and is only seen for you.

I like he ideas I came up with, and so for that reason, I am finished typing.

This afternoon I managed to add in blog statistics. There are currently two statistic rankings: “Blog Views” and “Top Views By Country”. The “Blog Views” widget gives a grand total of views in the current year. The “Top Views By Country” widget lists the top 3 countries that visit the blog.
Both widgets can be found on the sidebar.
Any suggestions/comments for the blog? Comment below and a Blog Administrator will try to add it in!

Hey everyone. Today I would like to make a post on the DSGHQ Imperial Bank sponsors. So first of all, the Imperial Bank is our DSGHQ bank, if you didn't know. Hello, Fellow "Penguins"
I'm Sean/Seany known in the community around OldCP v3-5 ( 2012-2014 ) I was a long time Moderator and I decided to check in and take a little vacation to the OldCP community again and it turns out I have been banned from the xat chat (xat.com/DSGHQ). I believe I should be unbanned and truly sorry for whatever I have done wrong. If I can also get a quick explanation on the reason I was banned that would be amazing!

Hello Everyone, I got reports from many people about suspicions of a user. I made a post previously in but I would like to make another one. If you see a user that you think may have a weapon or seems suspicious report it to a Knight and then a staff member. Reporting to staff is important in these situations but tell a Knight to go to the location then have the staff lock down if needed. Remember, knights have weapons and can arrest. Thank you.

Sometimes there are no mods on XAT or OldCP, and when a user is bad everyone seems to panic.
Some people ignore the bad users, but some people fight with them and cause them to act up more, which is why I'm making this post.

Here is what you should do in this situation:

Ask them to stop
When they first act up, just ask them to stop. If they do, great! If they continue, look at the next step.

Ignore
Users who have been asked to stop but continue just want attention. Ignore them and act like they don't exist. If you keep telling them to stop or continue to interact with them, they will continue doing the bad action which disturbs and annoys everyone.

Screenshot the proof so you can show a moderator later, so they can punish the user appropriately.
(if you can't install lightshot but have windows, just search up snipping tool. It's a screenshot software automatically installed onto your computer)

Please remember these steps the next time you see a bad user on OldCP/XAT when there are no mods.

Teams can be an already established House of the DSGHQ. The Lord of the House is always Team Leader. If you manage to make a team but it isn't a House, then good luck if you are selected to be a Team!

Your team might even become a new House as well if you do good!

There are only 4 teams usually.

Teams need an outfit and one team leader




What is Game of Mods?
In each stage there are up to 7 different tasks which can be fun but also serious. A stage could take up to 2 hours to complete.

If I can't come on Stage 1 can I still play?
Yes you can play the game only if you have been in atleast 2 stages by the final.

Substitutions
If I cannot host one of the games for any reason our substitute will be:
Emperor Helper Chelsey or delayed stage.

Stage Winner Badges
The Team leader of a winning team will earn a Stage Winner badge for the Summer 2014 Game of Mods.

Judges
I invite all moderators and administrators to judge the game. I also invite her Royal Highness Iceesofie the Empress and Emperor Helper Chelsey to join the judging system.

Location
The location will be the Business Office of OldCP. Get there by saying /office or /jr office (hacker way)

As you might now, today I am mildly sick. I have a stuffy nose, cold, etc. I am posting both tips of health and tips of fun.

*For a really mild sickness

1. If you have a stuffy nose, try to not eat a lot of dairy, because it clogs your nose more

2. Play with toys, fjsfhuiawheifw. I know a lot of you don't do that anymore, but eh.

3. Drink water

4. Ask your parents if there is any cold medication that could help you sleep, or feel more comfy.

5. Read

6. Watch TV

7. Watch Netflix with your cat (if you have a cat)

8. Snuggle up with a blanket

9. Make a post about what to do when you're sick
