Remember the time she got banished from the South? Administrators are expected to behave more maturely and handle issues privately. I don't want to cause more drama about bringing up specifics, but I assure you that there was a lack of maturity and respect for Damen by Sled (which I know she is sorry for) that really upset him. Damen considered Sled a friend and gave her the benefit of talking to her on Discord, but then after she would completely disregard his feelings and made the drama worse. No hate towards Sled. I know she was just upset, but we must acknowledge the lack of maturity and lashing out that led to hate towards Damen.
It is never ok to gang up on someone, and that is what I saw happen to Damen. Again, folks thought they knew the whole story when in reality they knew a fraction of it. Please have some respect for the guy who works endlessly to make us new content and remember there are two sides to every story. If you have an issue, of course raise it, but please do so respectfully. The best way to get Damen to consider an idea is to talk to him about it in private, or by making a respectful forum post.
As I have said before, remember this is a game. Please remember that DSGHQ is not Damen's only job and to be respectful that he has other commitments. He gives as much as possible for this game, trust me.
Sled, I personally am asking you to accept your ban with dignity and come back refreshed and ready to rejoin the community. Please stop all of the negativity that I have been seeing on Discord. We all are so grateful for your help and friendship, I would hate to see it ruined by one issue.

Yes! Sled has done a lot and the DSGHQ is 100% better off because of her. Very thankful for everything she has done, she is far from a villain.

Maybe I am not aware of everything going on but I understand why people are frustrated at Julian and the process. He goes inactive three times a month and I have been told by many that he has double standards which make it confusing for people applying. Many who qualify for revivals under the invisible and spawn kill categories don't get revived in a timely manner. If Julian willfully accepted this rank he willfully accepts that users will get frustrated if he does not do an adequate job. Obviously, people should be respectful and no one is entitled to revivals but Julian certainly doesn't make the process easy to go through. This is why we need 3 lords of death!

I highly suggest everyone watches this video, so I promoted the discussion.
Even if you're not from the USA, you belong to this community which has a lot of members who are. Racism even jokingly is racism. Remember the community values and try and apply them to your everyday life outside of the DSGHQ and I promise you and your social circle will be happier.
