Seeing as Disney put their name on Club Penguin before it shut down, anything related to Club Penguin that has things going on like hate messages shines a bad light on Disney itself and therefore they don't want it around. Sad for the people who want to enjoy the game but it's just the reality of business and keeping ownership of original content, also overall public image. They want to keep the trust of their customers by taking down anything that could harm them/be related to Disney (which at one point CP was) but not actually ran by them. What could also be harmful for them as well is if they were profiting off of their server using stolen copyrighted content. Not sure if that's the case or not I've never given a care to any other server outside DSGHQ but automatically it gives Disney a swell reason to cease and desist. Lastly they are concerned about people's private information and preventing private information from being stolen because of a fake server.

At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if Disney launched an investigation into finding other servers that are big and shutting them down too. If you have a huge server and can't manage it then it will never end well under the circumstances of Disney's public image.
