The thing is, I'm kinda tired of people being kiss ups and stuff, I mean, it needs to stop. I know they're trying to be nice but I think that they do kiss up to mods & rely on mods for everything, when there are penguins working their butt off trying to help them & they just ask mods instead. Also, the mods are good and stuff but a lot of the staff don't get enough credit, they get kiss ups, not to mention how much Damen gets. I just think they deserve actual credit, not being a kiss up.

Difference between the two :
kiss up ;

"wow omg ur such a good mod i adore you so much your my favuroite moderator evr"

not kiss up ;

"Honestly, (user) you're really good at your job & I look up to you :~)"


there are differences in these things, i think that mods need more of the not kiss ups.
