Hello everyone and welcome to Steven Universe Reviews episode 3, we will be discussing about Episode 65, "Onion Friend" / the third episode of Steven Bomb 3.

~ Summary of Episode ~

It starts out with Steven trying to make a perfect lunch, while finishing his sandwich he realizes he needs a side with it, so he goes in to the cab-nit to get some Limited Edition Flavored Chips. But then Onion grabs them and runs away, so Steven chases him.

Onion runs into the garage of his house and leads Steven there. When Steven sees a bunch of Amethyst paintings he gets suspicious so he goes back to the temple and brings Amethyst.

When they both come into the garage Steven starts talking to Amethyst about Onion maybe having a crush on her, but gets interrupted by a lady who tries to scare them into going away. Then the lady is revealed to be, "Vidalia" and Amethyst and Vidalia have a reunion.

The two start telling Steven about the past- Amethyst met Vidalia as Greg's old manager was Vidalia's boyfriend and Vidalia became friends with Greg. They start talking about Steven and Vidalia introduces Onion as her kid, and Onion walks into the room.

Onion gives his mom the idea to let Steven and Amethyst have dinner. Which they attend to. It then cuts to a scene where Steven and Amethyst have finished their food and Amethyst and Vidalia start talking to each other again.

Steven says hi to Sour Cream who gives him a hand back and then looks over to Onion. Steven sees Onion is making something out of his dinner and realizes it's a Steven head. When Steven thinks it's cool Onion shocks him by licking it.

Then Onion gives his mom the idea to show Steven around the house which his mom agrees to, and they get interrupted by what seems to be Sour Cream's DJ-ing. After that Steven realizes he has to do this for Amethyst and the two go up to Onion's room.

Onion shows Steven his pets and items and then shows Steven the birth-tape of Onion, which scares Steven. Onion then takes a poster off of his wall and reveals a vent, which he wants Steven to go in. Steven gets so creep-ed out that he decides to go downstairs and ask Amethyst to go.

While Steven goes downstairs he sees Amethyst and Vidalia talking with each other and sees that Amethyst explains that she is sad because she is caught in-between the crossfire of a fight, the fight between Garnet and Pearl. Vidalia replies that she has the same experience to with Yellow Tail her husband, and Sour Cream.

Steven again, realizes she must do this for Amethyst, so he goes back up there and agrees to going into the vent with Onion. Once they go in they reach a secret room, with a chest. Onion opens the chest to reveal G.U.Y.S and G.A.L.S mini figures, figures that Steven loves to his heart.

Steven then finds his favorite G.A.L.S figure and becomes happy with it, and after trying to give it back to Onion, Onion 'says' he can have it. When Steven tries not to accept, Onion insists and Steven becomes happy.

It then cuts to a scene where all of them are outside, and about to leave. Amethyst and Vidalia talk one last time and Amethyst asks if Vidalia and Onion could come to the temple sometime too, and when asked a yes from Steven, Steven hesitates.

Then the episode ends.

~ Big Things ~

Vidalia; We get to see Vidalia again! So she left Marty from, "Story for Steven" for Yellow Tail.

Amethyst's Feelings about Garnet v. Pearl; It's great that we got to see Amethyst's in-take on their one-sided feud, I feel sad for her.

Stonion; Idk why but this ain't a love shipping it's a friend shipping, I love the fact they interacted with each other in mostly good terms in this episode.

~ Review ~

I really love this episode, it's plain and simple. It's very cute and I love the fact that the story of Sardonyx is still continuing so I guess it's a arc then Vidalia is so cute too I think I might give 10/10 for the rest of this week xD
