What the heck... You killed me at Girls..

So I guess a-lot of what I've been hearing a-lot about actually is Depression... and I've been hearing a-lot of people have been going through it and I understand that it's a very tough thing to get past, and it's really... you know upsetting to see people you truly care about to be hurting from something like this because, it takes that person to actually find a solution themselves. No one can help the problem, but that person. So when this guy went through this phase of Depression and he still does, you know just because he beat the first case, that doesn't mean he could beat the second. But ultimately, when it strikes and hits you, you feel like there's no other option. You feel that there's no other way, you just have to sulk in the corner, and you just can't do anything. You can't function properly, and you feel like you're sleeping has affected you're appetite and everything, literally. You feel crippled, by this thing called Depression. Once you go through something very bad, or terrible, or anything like that. It kind of breaks that spell that you were in, you were kind of in this little bubble, thinking 'Oh! Life is gonna last Forever.' You know you're not really thinking of anything, and you forget that there is actual danger, injuries and you're actually vulnerable in this world, and then once that spell is broken... Oh Boy.. you feel like you know an exposed nerve. You feel, 'what is going on', 'how am I going to deal with this, 'I'm not equipped for this' and you feel like you just break down, and you're function has just completely stopped. And why It's so important to put up to people and actually express what you're feeling is because they have probably, chances are very high, been through something similar to you and they could help you out. They can talk to you and relate to you and that in the moment of Deep Depression is the greatest thing ever, because for the longest you feel very alone, but for once you finally feel like somebody can understand where you're coming from. Now when many people do get depressed things can get very out-of-hand if it goes for too long such as, you know people can start considering suicide and things like that. So the reason why I'm really bringing this up, is actually because, I don't like seeing anybody in pain. And we all know that Depression sucks. So when this guy went through this little thing it hurt a-lot. Believe me, that guy started opening up and talking to others about it. You know, 'what am I gonna do', 'I'm never gonna see this person again', 'I'm never gonna be able to talk to this person again'. You know, 'all I can do is remember them from my memories, you know once they're gone, not there', 'I mean how else am I going to remember them, photographs?'. I mean it's depressing to think about, it's really depressing stuff. But then you realize something, that's life. And life goes on, there is nothing you can do about that, we all have our times. I can honestly say that going through that and everything else that the guy has been through in his life has really shaped him into the person he is today. Now these things that have happened may be terrible and very bad and that guy has been through a-lot, Believe me there is a-lot of things, that we're gonna get into that have been pretty crazy. The Main Thing I wanna bring up here is Self-Preservation, you have to take care yourself before you can address anything else, or else you won't be able to do it at all. If you're foundation isn't build correctly you're gonna fall apart. So what the guy actually started realizing was after the guy went through all his hardships and all that stuff... he started really appreciating life tons more. And actually he's started to become more happier. He started appreciating life ten times more. And he realized he started having a different connection with everyone. He realized that he started understanding how everything is and just how it's all suppose to be. And yes, we all have our times, but you cannot let that stop you from continuing to live your life, go out, and be who you're suppose to BE!!! I mean think of it, were all part of one big machine, and we're all tools part of this HUGE MACHINE!!! and in-order for it to be working and operating with full functionality is we all have to be working together and that's why everyone is so necessary on this planet like I've said before and I'll say it again and again and again and again. And I guess another thing that made the guy appreciate his life more is for hardships is to observe things that are beautiful. Natural things, you know outside, Paintings, Sunsets, things like that and they make you think differently, and they make you just, appreciate things a-lot more. And yes, we all go through hardships and everything in-life but that should not stop you at all. You have to push and strive through these hard times because they really make you, they give you thick skin of what is necessary to be a person out there in the life when you get a-lot older.

So what I want you guys to do right now is write you're feelings, whatever you're deepest feeling is, in you're heart, what you're feeling right now, that you need to express, express it. That's what the comments are all about.
