There can be also a feature that discussion creators or staff can review replies for them to be posted or not. If they are not authenticated, then it would show to the user that their reply broke the rule. I know this ain't a easy thing to do, review things.

As you may all know, "Fizz" came on OldCP and killed many users.

I don't think this is Fizz. I think it's Squidward CONTROLLING Fizz.

Fizz has been pretty inactive. Squidward is going to be resurrecting an army. I think Squidward resurrected and controlled Fizz.

How do I know this? I think Fizz never knew how to power a sword, and use it to kill people. He's never wielded a sword before.

Eventually Squidward will target many inactive users who were once mods.
This would be the perfect army cause the inactive users will NOT know that their accounts were used.

Well, this is my theory.

Fizz would NEVER do this. Squidward did hack him, and ressurected him from the dead. I think he's gonna hack and control more inactive users. Fizz has been pretty inactive.

Since the gold represents strength, I think the Squidward army will have mercy on the Black Hands. Though, I believe Squidward will turn them to him. Now, those green bottles, I believe Squidward will poison the royals for revenge. Saw the large green bottle in the center table? I think Squidward will have something far more "colorful" for Shrek. Not really, maybe a worse fate.

This is my theory for now, I will add on as time progresses.
