I was watching iWaddle make a new cpps on join.me with my friend Pingu17174(who I have known for 3 years).
It says I have been banned when I was just inactive for 1 hour and 30 min.

Now it gives me an error:

Accused of hacking "Cyberwolf" even though there is
no evidence just assumption. Me "hacking" his cpps
and taking it down for 2 days is rubbish. I am not going
to say 48 hours on my PC just for you Island you overestimate
what your worth.

Though I have experience I can easily judge fairly.
