This game is getting so boring cuz the only event that all users can participate is would be GOM. Other than that the only people enjoying this game atm are crimezone people, which is why nobody logs on other than those people. The lack of change in the staff in the past couple of YEARS is sad, Dancebear,swirlie,Joseph,Randy,Jenna, the list goes on (no hate to those people btw) but it gets tiring seeing the same people over and over again when there are new people that could bring new ideas.

I agree with what Swirlie just said about the staff list. Although i respect your opinion, i do understand that the staff list didn't change too much and it does look frustating on the user's point of view...but they hire people they know they can trust and will do the job right.

Anyway, I think we should bring back Oldcp Room parties. It just made a better vibe on Oldcp when we would have SWF rooms designed for special events/holidays. Example (Its far from here but) When we changed the rooms to halloween theme, christmas... Spring is here we could totally add a Carnival theme.

We should put use to the chance cards again as well... Even doing a contest with them. The user who earned the most Chance cards (by moderators) could win Mod for a Day or something like that!! They can see what it's like and we can show them all sorts of commands and even perform a mini training just to motivate them to earn moderator once applications open up again. That would look good for an application as well... since earning chance cards by staff means you're helping out and doing good deeds.

This was my first time going to this festival. I went to a different one last year in Montreal, Canada but I wanted to try this one this year. I went with 3 of my girlfriends, we rented an Airbnb downtown in a penthouse apartment which was awesome. There were quite a few people from our hometown who were in the same building as us so we threw a few parties before going to the festival to get the vibe going and it was really fun. One of the boys was a DJ himself and he would put his set up on the balcony outside of the penthouse, it felt like a movie it was awesome.

Day 1 - It was a very hot day and it was absolutely packed. There were around 25 000 people who went to this festival... it was a sold-out event. There were 3 different stages at the festival and they were all decently close to each other but still distant enough that the music wouldn't go on top of each other. We stayed at the main stage for most of the day since the bigger acts performed on that stage. It was a really nice set up they would throw fireworks and a bunch of special effects during music drops and it made the experience that much better. If you know who DJ Snake is (if not look him up) he was the final act for the night before we left for the afterparties. Right before he came on, something unusual happened to me. The festival put gates to split the crowd in 2 incase they needed space for an emergency... Anyway, on the other side of the gate, I saw this guy who was decently attractive who kept looking at me, and of course, I was looking back at him. He went to the gates and told me to get closer to my side of the gate and surprisingly, he threw his phone at me and I caught it and wanted me to put my number on the phone. I put my number in and I threw the phone back (Yes he did catch it so his plan worked perfectly). After a while, I didn't see him on the other side again but then my friends tap my shoulder and he made his way from the other side of the gate, all the way to my side just to come talk to me! DJ Snake was just starting and we enjoyed it together and I was up on his shoulder for most of the show. It was pretty awesome... I texted him a few times after the festival but that was it, I didn't really speak to him again but it's a cute little story that doesn't happen very often! After the show, we were all pretty tired and went back to the penthouse and stayed in for the night.

Day 2 - Day 2 was something else. Once again it was a really hot day and it was packed as usual. There were a lot of really big names performing for day 2 like Timmy Trumpet, Tiesto (if you don't know them, look them up). We threw a small party in the penthouse before going to the festival which was fun. There were maybe 25 people in our penthouse from my hometown and we all went to the festival together afterward. The festival on day 2 was really fun, but it was the after-party that really made the mark for me. The girls and I went back to the penthouse and got ready for the after-party. There were 5-6 after-parties we could choose from and we picked one that was 20 minutes away from the city, which was in Gatineau, Quebec. We got there and we knew somebody who had a VIP booth so we went with them automatically. I was in the booth and next to us was the VVIP (Very Very Important People) who were in the DJ booth with the DJ performing. I was taking videos on my phone and someone in the VVIP saw me taking videos and asked me if I wanted to go inside the VVIP... I was freaking out I jumped in there and I was literally right behind the DJ and living my best life. We took pictures with them and they told us that next year if we stay in contact with them, they would get us free VIP festival tickets for the festival. We were up and partying until 6:30 am... we were flying back home at 10 am that same day. It was probably one of the best experiences of my life.

Alright so picture this...
(This isn't to call anyone out in particular but I've seen this happen so much that I think it's time to try this out)

Question: Why do people think breaking the rules is okay and they can get away with it so easy?
Answer: We are soft

The fact that some ranked users are breaking the rules and it doesn't happen just once... but TWICE and only a warning is given out for both times when punishment should have been given the second time.

We give trusted users a rank because we have trust in them that they will be responsible and follow the rules. The trusted users are the ones that know the rules the most out of anyone on the game. Why do they get let off easier? Shouldn't it be the opposite?

My Future Career
• My biggest passion is fashion (haha it rhymes). My favourite hobby is thrift shopping and finding so many iconic pieces from all types of brands (I found a Hugo Boss sweater for 12$...). I'm currently in school taking business as my major. After my undergrad, I will continue my graduate studies in Fashion Design in Toronto.

• My username, Dancebear, was created by adding my favourite sport with my favourite animal... It is indeed a Polar Bear but I wasn't going to name myself Dancepolarbear... Now you see why.

My life as a dancer
• I've been a dancer since I was 7 years old. I competed on an international level and now I compete with my university team. With many injuries and mental breakdowns, I'm still a dancer today.


I kinda wanted to have fun making this since I know quarantine can be long, and we all need to smile and laugh a little bit more some days!

Why are you applying for this position & what makes you stand out amongst other applicants?

My experience shows itself that I am certainly qualified for this position, and also have an advantage over other candidates since I was a Forums Moderator for DSGHQ in the past. Regarding how my experience is relevant to my strengths, being a user for over 6 years has taught me so many things about the game, and especially the Forum. The loyalty I have shown for the community was proven to be award-winning by the badges I have earned by administrators. I am applying to be a Forums Moderator ideally because I want to keep challenging myself with multiple tasks around the community. I have been very consistent with in-game moderation since my promotion, I have earned Discord Server Administrator soon after my in-game promotion, and going for the 3rd promotion in less than a month gives me a lot of drive and motivation to serve the community well. Being a moderator requires leadership and my recent GOM win proved that I am able to deal with difficult tasks, situations, and leading a big group of people. Being a moderator also requires a lot of teamwork, I have shown in the past and I currently still do, prove that I am able to work with staff to deal with situations and conflicts that get resolved as a group. Being a university student also gives me a big advantage with my communication skills, as well as being bilingual (French & English).
