Hello, as many of you might be wondering how do you obtain Moderator allow this given discussion guide you to obtaining Moderator. I decided to create this discussion simply to help you do the right things for achieving Moderator. Step(s) on Earning Moderator:

~Here are some steps to help you do your best on achieving Moderator~



1. Follow all the rules given to you.

2. Respect all the staff around you including the OldCP staff.

3. Don't hate on anything Damen creates on here, respect all creations.

4. Be highly active come on at least 5 times a day 1 hour or more each.

5. Comment on a ton of posts but point towards those posts with no comments whatsoever, leave your opinions and thoughts.

6. Be patients and calm when earning anything such as Master,Moderator, and Administrator.

7. Never bully anyone including yourself and the users around you.

8. Respect everyone's opinions and thoughts.

9. Don't think you over power anyone or anything not even yourself.

10. Be positive and leave your mark around the community & DSGHQ.





How to Write an Amazing Application

~Here is how you write a fantastic/amazing application.~



First off when creating an application make sure you have every requirement spot on. Take the time to create an application with pen and paper read it over and make sure that is the application you were born to post. Think once or twice on how your application will be setup, and how it will wow the readers. Take caution when creating an application make sure it has hardly any typos and it is provided by details beyond details. Always know you are ready for what the comments are going to be so you can answer them fully and completely. Don't put it in a mood over 2 times I suggest you don't spam your mood containing your application, being patient helps us know you can always remain calm in hard times. Remember to provide details such as images,experiences, and more details. Never make an application when you know you aren't ready for the job or rank. Make sure you are happy before posting your application read it once or twice perhaps a third time would be amazing. Once you know your application is done to your best you may push that amazing button with the white words that spell 'Post' then congratulations you've posted an amazing application now wait for it to be reviewed by a staff member and some users, comments are very good as well. Edit anything you need fixed and answer to the users asking questions, and that is how you make an amazing application.





How to Know When You're Ready to Apply:

It's quite easy to know when it's time to apply for any rank including Moderator. Make sure the requirements fit you, and always remember when it's right to apply. Never apply randomly when you only have little experience and hardly any rep & posts, take an application into heart. Remember to ask yourself if you are most ready to apply ask yourself this following question hey (name here) do you think I'm ready to apply for (rank here)?" if yes apply and create the best application you could ever make in your life time, except when you apply for a real world job. Please understand Moderator takes times it wont just happen so always note yourself before doing anything at all and maybe even ask a few friends of yours they'd be thrilled to help you.





How to Obtain OldCP Moderator

~This section is for those wanting OldCP Moderator.~



If you want OldCP Moderator I highly suggest this section for you. I had my time as OldCP Moderator and it taught me almost everything I needed to know for my future gaming life. As I hope to return to Moderating OldCP I would be thrilled to share some suggestions on this section that I learned throughout the months of being on these amazing site(s). First off be active go on OldCP daily, and help users in need. Also instead of going on the forums just to make a mood saying "ain't no mods on OldCP" I suggest you take a roll and start Moderating OldCP, yes I know you have no powers or commands but you have the power to convince users to do nothing but good and to report any bad users among OldCP. Report things to the staff even if they're offline, make a post if you must. You should also help users when Moderator(s) are busy or when they're offline you might not be a Moderator just yet but you can always lend a helping hand , and I suggest doing so. An that is about it personally all you have to know is to respect everyone and to be active and help all users, good luck.





How to Obtain DSGHQ Forum Moderator:

~This section is for those wanting to obtain DSGHQ Forum Moderator.~



If you want to Moderate DSGHQ forums I highly suggest this section is meant for you. As I once Moderated the forums I learned so much including how to type better. So you should be active highly active at that wording, and you must comment everyday on quite a bit of posts make discussions of your own as well and remember to always help others when they have a question for you. Make sure to comment on those posts that no one comments on and the posts that hardly get any comments or rep etc. Make sure to be positive and get to know the forums make sure you hold over 600 posts and 500 rep before thinking about earning Moderator. Please understand the job isn't at all easy and it hold much responsibility which is nice for some users. Please comment on moods and posts in general make stories,reports,applications, and much more with caution. Over read all you've created and always make sure it is spot on and you hit the bull right in the eye. If you have enough rep,posts, and confidence I would be happily proud to say create an application my dear friend.
