Yes, I know all that but the person that creates the chat u wiil only be main owner if u create the chat reason I know is bc main owner (person who made the chat) has a star on their pawn where a regular owner does not yes you can give them the password but then they will not be the main owner and you will not be able to access the chat to edit it without the main owners user name. So please don't get mad at me for acting like a know it all but, I know this because i have a lot of experience with xat and I have a xat chat and a non xat chat that I dont use.

 If you give the password to the xat away then the person who you gave it to can edit the chat. It does not matter if your owner or not. The password grants access to the edit which allows them to use it. Once in the chat edit they can do anything. It does not matter if you are owner or not you can still edit the chat.

First things first you have no proof. Without any proof then you could be lying. Now when ever I have seen cheep she has always been kind. All moderators have a reason for ipbanning someone. Before you do anything like this again make sure you have proof. Also don't make an accusation if you haven't got anything to back you up.

That idea is terrible. What about applying for jobs such as wise one? How to dislike?
 Maybe if you were here for a couple of months then you would understand How many rookie's are applying just for power and how frustrating it is getting. There are too many spam from most rookie's in the discussion archive about applications. Yesterday was mayhem.

Yes we have to constantly tell them to get the rank member before making an application. It gets very annoying after a while.
