Since my time here in the community, I've been playing a lot of Penguin3D (which honestly is one of Damen's best works as of now) and experienced a variety of gameplay: from classic sword fighting to gunplay. This got my nogging jogging: why hasn't Damen considered implementing some sweet stealth and assassination mechanics to the game?

This idea of mine expanded to its own rank too: the Ninja.

Most of you who used to play OLDCP are well aware of the Black Hands and how they worked, for those that don't: basically, they were an assassin group hired by the Empire to carry out secretive tasks by assasinating enemies of both the Empire and Shrek the Ogre God. It however fell through as the members were corrupted, leading to its demise under Roberto's rule of the game.

Despite the unfortunate demise of the faction, I believe the concept was a really special addition that spiced gameplay up introducing people to the invisibility function that most of us hold near and dear even today. So why not bring it to Penguin3D, with modifications?

Here's my hypothetical setup of how the ninja group would look like:

The organization should be pretty lowkey (akin to Penguin Watch from OldCP) but still be public enough so people are well aware they exist. Initiating people into the faction would be based around trust, no matter if you're good or evil; which I guess would make this a pretty easy title to get. When you're a ninja, you'll be given a cool uniform to boot, something stealthy, sweet and pumped.

As a ninja, you'd have access to a wide array of silent but deadly arsenals, ranging from silenced blasters that show no trace or sound of where the bullet came from, deadly blades that could 1 hit kill if used in a stealth assasination, and maybe something cool like a hidden blade or shurikans to keep in touch with the ninja theme.

To also add onto the stealth theme, you could have smoke bombs to blind people or maybe the invisiblity feature from OldCP back again, the cost being that it drains your strength slowly as a counterbalance against how OP it'd be.

The ninja's jobs should work like mercenary work, taking contracts from any empire in the game and working intertwined with CZ to make things itneresting. Maybe even bring back some of that Shinobi CZ from before?

The uniform in question could be based on this, albeit on a penguin body
