This doesn't happen every time Damen "takes a leave". Damen isn't gone and Roberto and Chelsey are doing fine running DSGHQ from where I sit.

Today, I've decided to talk about the changes that have happened in this community. As I've been noticing, this place has been getting more corrupt than it should be. I honestly have no idea what has happened during the past few months. It comes to my attention that I have seen multiple regular users saying that this is unfair treatment towards them and others. But, I can't say it's just the users. The staff members have had more unfairly treatment than I could imagine. I have witnessed this in the new rules. For some reason, moderators have to be now on for about 24 hours. This is unacceptable. Does this community not want people to have a life? Do they want their own staff members focused on a digital game 24/7? This seems like a new way that verbally threatens moderators to have to be online way too much. Some of these demotions are coming too quick. We're all only human. Moderators might want to take a break from the computer for a while. Go outdoors or spend time with family. This seems to stop them from some of that. Most of these problems have been coming in ever since this community got involved with partnerships with Club Penguin Armies. I suggest a fix towards how this community will continue working. This discussion was not meant for hate nor drama. Just trying to point this out before it gets out of hand. Stating my opinion here. Hopefully, someone here can make a positive change.
