I Would Make Sure Everyone Has Fun But Is Safe And Respectful ,I Know The Drill 1 Kick=3 Kicks,3=1 ban,1 ban=3 bans,and 3 Bans=ipban,I Would Enforce the Community Too Become Stonger,Bolder,And Drama Free,I Have Made A Few Moderator Applications but None Of Them We're Really Good,I Think Im Ready to Be Apart of Damens Staff,I Do Not care About Demotion,Demotion Is Damens Choice,And I Know Moderating Is Not About Walking On Walls Or Powers,Its About Safety And Admiration,you Know You Reallu Wanna Server damen if You Love This Community

No.I Would Respect Them As If They Were Human,Having Powers Is A BIG Responsibility,You May Think "Oh Being A Mod Is Easy",Its Not,Sometimes It Can Be Hard Too Not Be Tempted To Abuse The Powers,But Every Single One Of You Is Amazing And If You Keep Your Head held High,You Can Acheive Anything!
