Not to be mean or something but I think he could of have tried to log on after being banned before starting crying and saying "why am I ip-banned".

Or he might have typed it too quickly and wrong the T key and the S key are quite close enough to make a mistake.

Okay I got an other suggestion : FOR PPL who like it they can keep it ; when typing /jr future or aftermath there can be a message saying : type the date when u were born so only ppl who are like 9 or/and + can enter the room.
 But people can lie about their age
If they lie then too bad, they will get nightmares.
