You don't need a rank

Many people think that they can't help without a rank, but that's wrong, why? Because I don't have a rank and I can still help keeping a watchful eye on Oldcp late at night for me. TeamMaybe, Roxxie, May23 and many more are also helping without a rank. You don't need to be a knight, mod or a staff member to help!
You can still be useful, but how? If you have a picture of a rule breaker than you can show a mod or you saw something. You can still be helpful without being a staff member and if you know the rules then you could try and put a stop on the drama. But if that user continues on and not listening to you then report it to a mod. You can also answer the question that someone might have without being a mod.
I like being a simple user without a special rank. But why if I could be something better? The answer is simple! It's because I want to stay with my friends and if I became like a mod or something then I wont have time to be with them. And I prefer to stay the way that I am than having a rank because sometimes ranks can change people. So I don't want to change the way that I am now over a rank.
Before you say something like '' I want to be a mod '' and stuff like that, think of the friends that you made and what would happen if you ever get a rank. Sure some mods have time to be with their friends, but others prefer to keep an eye on the job. And having a rank also means that you need to follow more rules than ever! Some may say that they are bossy and mean, but the truth is that they're just doing their jobs.
Lets put the example of IndigoPalace and me... Both of us used to be the best of pals, but then she got the rank of knight. And I didn't talked to her, why? Because I didn't want people to think bad things about us. And then a few weeks later, she got mod... Ever since then I didn't talk to her because I didn't want to ruin her rep and I'm still afraid of ruining her rep. I miss the old times with Indigo and me, but ranks can separate friends also.
If you have a close friend to you, but also cares about you. Once that you get a rank it could do either 2 thing... Which are still be united or get separated... I chose to stop talking to her because I cared about her and I didn't want her rep being ruined, but also I was afraid of what could had happen.
Before you go on and start working to get a rank think about your friends and that you can still be helpful without a rank. I speak from experience, so I hope that you see what a rank can do to friendship.
But why did I said all of this? Because this might happen to you at anytime and you could be hurt a bit. In my opinion, I like not having a rank because even tho I still have to follow rules I don't have to be under so much stress and focusing on something. But if I ever become like a mod, then I would go undercover to see who's breaking rules while no mods are online. It's the perfect way to catch the bad guys!
This was meant to show you how you can help without being a rank, but also to show that ranks can affect friendships with people. If you disagree, then feel free to push the dislike (-1) button. And if you also have something to say about this then comment below.

Make a good post that makes sense. Try posting about something cool, like stuff people probably didn't know about, maybe a competition, or maybe something you do as your hobby, let's say art.
But that's your hobby, sparklz!

Hi, I see that you're new, but getting a rocky start. Try first reaching member and try to get everyone's trust before applying for something ,so they can know if they can rely on you or not. Even if you been for a long time, you need to do the same thing on Forums. Which means that you need to be trusted on here too and have good grammar. An application contains many things like...:
Name: On Oldcp and Forums
Age:
Why:
If you have good grammar:
If you're trusted:
Do you know the rules?:
Are you mature?:
How long you been playing Oldcp?:
If you're always active:
Will you arrest for no reason?:
And more details if you want to add a bit more. Try again once you have enough good rep and take this as your first try.

I think she mixed it up, there are Soccer balls all around the corners and it's a girl, unless it's right, just trying to find out.
I think that those are... COOKIES

My Grandad - In Heaven..

Thanks, Little... But you can't stop people from dying... Sometimes they leave because their work on Earth is done and there's nothing else to do. Or that someone didn't let them finish their work and we finish it for those who couldn't.

I'm so sorry that your grandpa died... You're lucky that you got the chance to meet him because I never met him because he died 2 years before I was born... At least he's no longer in pain and he's at peace. I went before what you're going true and I'm still in pain because of it... My nana died about 4 or 5 years now and I'm still sad about it because she was really nice and gave me the love that my mother never gives me... But I'm also fine that she left because she's not suffering anymore and she died happily... Anyways, when someone dies everyone is sad, but we suffer more living than being dead. We each time have to face something worse, but loosing someone very dear to us is what makes us strong IF we choose to let them go.
