Great application. Although, moderator is a rank that involves a lot of knowledge about the game is now which as grown more complicated every year, and for sure isn't what it was before. Like every game, it's evolved. I think you should start with a rank that will teach you the skills and knowledge about the game needed to become a full moderator, such as Penguin Watch, Imperial Knight, or Moth Wise. Don't let that discourage you though. Good luck!

It's not gonna be like you think. What we have planned will make races more like guilds. There won't be any oppression, racism, or war because your a certain race, don't worry about that.

The concept is good but it's unrealistic for a penguin game. All the weapon holding stances are pre-built frames in a penguin, and in order to make this, damen would need to code and create an entirely new frame plus all the frames for hitting + blocking, it just isn't practical. OldCP is still a flash game and doesn't rlly need an advanced combat system as the technology is obsolete as it is. Good idea though!

Some ideas I have are:

Just a warning i'm on mobile sorry for the grammar.

-More events similar to IMAPGMOOH (not the same but similar)
-Mini games focused on fighting swarms of bots in different waves or fighting with friends without needing to have someone do /joust
-Bring back the auto wooden sword system
-Giving everyone a starter gun that only fired blanks (basically a wooden sword with a gun)
-A class system (You pick one immunity: Anti-Electric bodysuit (lost 1/3 damage from lightning, Bullet Resistant vest (lose 1/3 damage from firearms), Fireman (Lose 1/4 damage from fire), Knights Amor., (Loses 1/4 damage from a sword hit) These classes wouldn't apply to users with OP h to make it fair, and wouldn't stack with amulets.
-Allow houses to manufacture and sell weapons and items again to establish relationships and trade
-Add quests again for gold and prizes
-Make it possible to earn hounds as prizes

These are good ideas, except stacked would be WAY too OP. Maybe it should be a class system. You can get any class for free once, on every account. Once you get a class you can't get any other class. Also, 'No sabers' would be a hard transform to make work, sabers block lightning. You may not be able to block a saber, and they deal more damage than a sword. With all of these things combined, it would hurt you to not know they're using a saber.

I agree with this, except also there's the problem with create sabers. Current create sabers should stay, and the military should begin to regulate every other type of saber, and make it only available for either commanding ranks (Det sgt/Insp, KC, etc), and that's all. There should further on, be regulations on sabers from create and who could buy them.
