i think it's a bit different in this situation, a guy, that you can't actually kill regardless of how much hp you get given from religiously praying, poisons you with no cure to try rig the whole thing is no fun for anyone. no one is going to war them because they have armed accounts and knights with people fighting for them. the war rule shouldn't apply to this given how rigged this whole thing is against them to favour a story line very few people understand and it should be actual players warring them not fictional gods, no one cares for that.
