oh well i thought it was a bug...

i was reading comments on a post about master requirements and i saw a link.
it was to one of Damen's posts. so i read it. (no offence Damen but it did not have much info to me. but as i said, it didnt have much info TO ME) it was a locked post but i still saw the "Quote" button i thought "Quote" buttons were suppost to be gone when the post is locked!
