Whats going on?

There has been mail going around DSGHQ from a user named: Penguin Stew now he has been scaring a lot of users and a lot of users on here are 8,9,10 and it does scare them very much and that is the problem.


Have I received this piece of mail?

No, I have not but I do want this to stop and that is why I am making a discussion about this. I have seen the mail he has been sending though because, people have made many many reports about it putting up the link.


How is this a bad thing?

Well, it is a scary pop out with a scary face and it is scaring many little kids and it can give them nightmares, and I don't want that to happen.

Who may the suspect be?

I really don't know, but if I had to guess I would guess Bowserfan64 just because of how rude he is.

Has the suspect admitted to his crime?

Yes, somebody has asked him on and he said he loves to scare people and that it is funny. Well, it is not and if you are reading this Penguin stew your a jerk and it is not funny.

Has he been banned for his crime?

No, he has not but if he does get banned for his crime then I don't want him to find a hack to get back on forums.

What can't we do with memes?

Well, you can actually do anything you want with memes you can cuss on them etc. But, if you cuss on them and post them on here that is not allowed. I know I know you are allowed to cuss on here but no you can only say certain cuss words and you can't say them to hurt anyone. Also, basically every single one of you knows the rule you can make short posts but you can't make pointless posts because it wastes peoples time. So if you have a epic meme witch I know you guys probably will because your so creative then post it on your mood no a discussion because then that will just cause you to get dislikes and I hate HATE to give people dislikes but people will trust me.
