Aloha!

I've decided to redesign Hawaii's flag since the one with the Union Jack really sucks. I mean it's not even apart of Britain, and I doubt its relationship with Britain really matters anymore. Besides, what if Scotland leaves the UK? Then this flag will have to be changed anyway! What a mess.



I've decided on giving the Hawaii Flag some symbolism that Hawaiians can get down with.

CONCEPT: The Honu Ka Hae



In this one, the colors are representative of the United States, but with a bit of change in the shade of blue for a more ocean feel. On the ocean-like canvas is a turtle (or in Hawaii, the Honu), which represents good luck, strength, and endurance. Each point on the 3 stars represents all of the 15 islands of Hawaii (the main one only represented .

What's to explain? The backbone of oldcp is CZ. Everyone wants to fight and kill. There is nothing more appealing in this game than that.
Everyone who plays loves cz because the users who dont left ages ago. We can actually attract users by hosting non-fighting events. Did u get the point of my discussion mon ??

All your ideas rebuff why the only reason people truly care about playing this game is for CZ. Not a lot of people show up for trivia, or to convince others to play. If they do convince others to play, it's for the CZ aspect, not the lame trivia events or gold. So I take issue with your beginning statement when you say Damen should know people aren't interested in fighting, because truthfully its the only reason why people keep playing. This has been true for the ladder half of OldCP's history.

Hey, I made a flag for what a "federalized" EU would look like.

Currently, the European Union is a political/economic alliance of about currently 27 member states. This is an alternate concept of a more federalized and united European Union flag.

The Flag is inspired by the old flag of Federalist EU movement, which really sucks. It's also inspired by the design of the United States flag.



CONCEPTS

Here are the two concepts.

CONCEPT 1: E for Europe



This flag utilizes the European colors of blue and yellow. The 12 stars in the canton are used in the current EU flag, mostly to represent unity. The bull in the center gives the circular stars something to circle around, and is also a symbol of the mythological story of "Europa and the Bull." The 5 stripes don't really stand for anything and are meant in combination with the Canton to resemble an "E"

CONCEPT 2: My Favorite



This one is nearly the exact same, but instead, the 6 stripes resemble the 6 countries that began EU's predecessor, The European Economic Community.

Personally I like the second one but tell me what you guys think.

I made a few different redesigns of the old East Germany flag, for this I modernized the seal of East Germany that appears on its flag shown here:



East Germany was a socialist state carved out from the remnants of Nazi Germany by the Soviet Union. It had lasted from 1949 to 1990.
