By the way it is ranked from best to worst rank (visitor is not a rank)
So director has the most power and owns the agency
Messenger brings messages from spies to me or from me to spies and helps me run the agency
Top spies are the best spies that are well trained and are known for being great amazing spies they have never been caught
Main spies would be top spies but they got caught once or twice or just a rank up from spies and get to go in more missions
Spies are normal, they go on missions still.
Recruits have to be chosen to become spies with tests, each month 3 recruits can be chosen

You rank up by completing 5 missions, once you are a top spy you cannot rank up unless the messenger quits or retires or leaves or other.
