That wasn't me I was about to log on then I was ip banned

Today on old CP I got IP banned just for taking money from the bank! Plz tell me why this happened and how do not be IP banned anymore.

I played old CP for a month or so already

Hey everyone I'm back and my friend unbanned me! 'I was banned by mistake because the mod thought I was someone else he banned.' But anyways I created a new mod application because people wanted more info and no one was really on the older mod application.
So anyways I should be a mod so most people won't get banned for no reason, I'll be helpful to the community, I'll help with bullies, I'll tell people about old CP-tours,how it works, etc- , I'll be really kind and let people have a second chance -For example, I'll tell the bully to stop, if he says he won't stop, I'll ban him, but if he says he will stop, I won't ban him unless I see that person bully again- I'll will only ban for a reason and not for no reason-I sometimes see people ban others just by accident or just because they don't like the person but I won't do that, maybe the accident part though not on purpose- and also I'll try and give the best old CP experience to everyone so they can enjoy it , and they may even get even more people on old CP so the website and forums will become more well known. So I want your suggestions if I should become a mod, and my name on old CP is Slapstick.
