Imperial Knight Application
•
22nd June 2015, 01:39 PM
This is an application for a rank that I haven't shown much interest in but I am going to apply and keep my fingers crossed.
Username: joeD
Age: 17
Name: Joe
How active are you?
I'm pretty active. I'd say I'm online for a minimum of 10-13 hours a week. And if I had to be inactive, I'll mail one of the administrators and notify them of my inactivity.
How much experience do you have?
I'll admit it. I don't have much experience with the DSGHQ, what so ever, I have been on the DSGHQ since last year. I'm also a member with 60 rep and close to 60 posts. I have a job in real life too, I work at Dunkin Donuts.
Are you mature?
Yes, I'm pretty much mature. I think that the point of being a knight is to be a role model, since you are the closest rank to Moderator. I also think that the point of being a teenager is to teach the kids who look up to you how to be the person you are and how to make good decisions because they do influence the you in the future.
Will you slack off?
No, as I said, I am mature. That means I take my job seriously and I will never go crazy when I'm on duty.
Will you always wear your uniform?
Yes, I will.
The Commands:
/arrest
/release
Staff, please consider me a knight.

It's not her problem, it's yours. And also, she is a News Reporter and I think News Reporters check the posts to see for news.

In this community, many users don't thank the mods for their hard work they do to keep this community safe. Some don't well people like Rob. They answer questions, they protect you and you can't even say a simple 'thank you.' I think this has to change or then there will be complete chaos.
I don't know if you just made this post cause I did....? http://forums.damenspike.com/view/44416/

[NEW] Redemption

I do not agree with this policy.
1). We can lose some useful moderators who have worked hard and helped a lot.
2). People will just vote for their friends just because they are their friends.
I hope you take out this ridiculous policy and do it for the good of the staff.

people faking depression
•
11th June 2015, 08:01 PM
I have seen many users fake depression, and quite frankly, I'm getting sick of it. The thing about depression, well it's not what you think. I got depressed when my brother died. He had a cancer, and I had to lend him my bone marrow, stem cells, and other things but he died anyways. And no one even told me it wasn't my fault. So I felt the urge of cutting and sucidial thoughts. But I got over it eventually. I can't even close my eyes without having flashback of my brother. Depression makes you feel helpless, alone in an endless dark pit with an end that either ended quickly or not. That's what it feels like. So don't judge depression and what it actually can do to a persons being.
