i"m mature maybe i"m a bit to young to be a mod but I don't care. Okay maybe I don't use commas but that's not considered "mature". I"m still a kid so i"m not that mature. But everyone can be a little immature from time to time. 8)

You can not ask and you need way more experience. And in order to apply you need to at least be a member which requires 50 posts ( at least) and 30 good rep or bad ( rep is short for reputation good or bad reputation) and then ask a moderator on old cp to make you a member. And as for becoming a moderator you need to be helpful , and like I said have more experience , kind , mature , and have good grammar
