I see your point, but as it stands only Knights are allowed in jail, and it's a Knight's job to deal with anyone who has been arrested. If you're looking to fight KOS people in jail then I recommend talking to Randy about becoming a Knight.

I will be hosting a Game of Find Four tournament. This tournament will be set up in a bracket style so people will face a predefined opponent. The winner of each game will advance until its 1v1. I will probably provide bracket updates over oldcp discord or ingame.

There is a rule stating that jail should never be the most popular room, because it excludes regular users and leaves other rooms unmoderated. You must enforce this rule as Moderator, Detective, or Knight. If you don't, then you aren't doing your job.
To make this easier to enforce, here is a list of regulations.
There should never be more than 6 visitors in jail, excluding users arrested for crimes.
Never arrest anyone to simply grant access to jail. This is abuse of power, which is grounds for demotion.
There can only be one Moderator in jail at a time. Only the first to arrive may stay, with the exception of the Warlord, Knight Captain, Detective Inspector, or Detective Sergeant. If any of the aforementioned arrive, they will replace the Moderator on jail duty.
If jail exceeds 6 visitors, only the highest ranking Knights may stay. It is the responsibility of the Knight Captain to assign rankings.
Commands such as /sendout or /rebuke to town (room ID: 100) may be used to enforce these rules. Please report any Knights or Moderators who fail to do so.

thank you for the feedback, however zpheal hasn't expressed interest to admins in re-earning moderator, nor has he attempted to correct the mistakes he's made (as far as i know), so i'm not sure if repromotion is even something that he wants. i think he's a fine kid and i really respect him, but this wasn't the first report administration has received on him and it's important to take history into consideration when dealing with things like this.
also, lex is 16. i don't want to go into details but i think there is a reason he acts the way he does. he's been on and off BOS for the past month. had zpheal reported lex's behavior to an admin or swirlie, he would have immediately become BOS again and the problem would have been resolved then and there without affecting zpheal's rank. the correct way to deal with this exact situation was covered in my moderating guidelines post, which i required all moderators to read back when i was head mod. he made a mistake, and mistakes have consequences. this isn't to say that zpheal can never become moderator again, but he has to acknowledge what he's done wrong first and then prove he can do better.
