Moderator Spreadsheet Release [6/14/15

Hello everyone, this week was a very eventful week for the DSGHQ as we saw tournament battles, killings, squidward mysteries, and a lot more. The staff meeting on Friday was very successful as we saw our staff come together as a team more than ever. We were able to agree on things that we argued over in the past and I believe that the meeting really gave our community a big step in the right direction.
Now we move onto the spreadsheet. At the meeting all of us mods agreed that we should lower the spreadsheet hour count to a reasonable number of 12 hours per week. We also agreed that you may only have 2 excuses per 3 weeks.
Now without further adieu I present to you this week's spreadsheet:

Probation: Fluffybacon
Demotions: Bailey - Inactive for 3 straight weeks. Mckinlee - Although she met the maximum amount of hours for this week, she does not qualify for moderator. She has shown qualities of immaturity & lying, all of us admins came to a decision on this demotion.
Note from the admins - If you have a problem with the demotions, please do not go out making rant posts about it, speak with an admin privately.
Also, I will be adding the new moderators to the spreadsheet for next week's edition.

Stop CP Armies Petition

The only armies that are allowed to be advertised on OldCP are LT & Ninjas because they help fund OldCP's needs to keep running(for example; DDos protection). Let's also not forget that CP armies are one of the reasons we were able to defend a DDos attack a few weeks ago because they helped fund Damen. CP Armies are new users and new users should be welcomed by our community no matter what. You all should be more kind to our new visitors, yes are some of them don't know the rules but that's the case for almost every new user. The only difference is that they are coming in at a much faster rate and we are seeing more and more of them everyday, instead of shunning them away we should educate them about our great community. Tour them around the server, show them the rules, show them how to gain ranks on OldCP, etc. Ninjitsu is a prime example; he is from CP armies and I brought him to OldCP and with the help of Cyberwolf touring him around the server-Ninjitsu became instantly hooked and has been trying his hardest to become a Knight here on OldCP. Look at CP armies as a curious visitor, not an annoyance.

Ever since this policy came out our mods have been more active than ever. They are more attentive to their job and I have not received complaints from them about this policy. Have you noticed that most of the mods are reaching the requirements? If anything, this policy has brought our mods in better shape than ever before.

Hello everyone, I present to you our weekly moderator spreadsheet:

This week some of our mods have fell inactive and that brought them onto the probation list. However I have full confidence that they will earn their way off the list in no time because they are great mods.
I'd like to congratulate Cyberwolf, a mod who is very busy inside and outside of OldCP yet he still manages to meet the requirements laid out by my policy.
I'd also like to congratulate Faygo, a mod who received criticism when being inducted but this never phased her from being one of the most active mods we have. Faygo achieved 30 hours this week.
Another big congratulations to Terry91 who topped the entire team of mods with a whopping 41 hours! Great job Terry.

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen of the DSGHQ Empire. It's time for war.
This month we will be hosting a tournament on the great snowball server, where Houses and CP armies will battle together to crown one of these groups victorious. Two battles will occur every two or three days. Appointed Battle Hosts will start the battle at a given time - we will also be choosing people to record/broadcast the battle, so that others not involved in it can watch.

Hello everyone, I present to you our weekly OldCP Moderator Spreadsheet release! This week we see our moderator's increase even more in their activity and attentiveness than the week before. We as a community are doing better than ever and we will continue to be the greatest CPPS there is!

I'd like to congratulate a fairly new mod but it is no joke of his activeness; Moderator Ollo. He has blown away the competition with an amazing 72 HOURS. I will be making sure he receives an award.
I'd also like to give my congrats to moderator Sled who came up just close of the requirement with 14 hours but earned his way to being cleared by staying on OldCP for a straight hour to attain the time needed.
Also I'd like to let the mods know that if you were on the probation list for one week and you got an O on the spreadsheet the next week, that completely clears out the amount of X's you received before hand.

MESSAGE TO THE MODS
If you're going to be inactive during the week you must notify ME of your absence, not Damen, Hash, or Tennis because sometimes they forget to tell me that you are going to be absent and therefore I cannot excuse you. So save yourself(and me) the trouble and come directly to me if you need to be excused.Also I'd like to let the mods know that if you were on the probation list for one week and you got an O on the spreadsheet the next week, that completely clears out the amount of X's you received before hand.

Since my tenure as the acting Emperor of DSGHQ is coming to a close, I would like to thank you all for bearing with me these past two weeks; it has been an honor serving this great community and fostering its development. As we continue to strive toward a bigger and better community, I bring you the weekly Moderator Activity Spreadsheet. Since this community would be nothing without our Mods, I'm going to try and release this every Sunday. This is our 2nd spreadsheet, so keep in mind that the 3rd spreadsheet will decide if any moderator gets demoted.
