Many people these days are getting upset, angry, disappointed, raged & sad. Well there is a way to cure your that sometimes. You could always talk to someone about it. Like your parents, close friends, or anyone that would listen to you. You can always play a little game with your siblings or friends to get out or forget whatever is in your head. Try to let your anger out by maybe punching a pillow, not the walls, not a person, or anything just a simple fluffy pillow. Well those are things that help me sometimes not to be upset or angry.
