A user breaks the rules but the mods don't seem to notice it. I know the mods are meant to have fun and all but they also have to watch out for the people who break the rules if they don't whats the point on having this big role of responsibility? I think they could be having fun and doing there job at the same time. There are Penguin watches but they do the same things as the mods do. There are some mods who have fun and take care of Oldcp but some isn't really good enough. My tip to those mods who aren't really doing there job is to multi task.
