<p>Here’s a little history about me:
I joined OldCP in the summer of 2013, and I’ve been a moderator multiple times on OldCP as well. I’ve been through the wars and multiple moderator competitions. I’m active on OldCP, and I know what’s going on, so don’t hesitate to ask me for assistance!</p>
<p>I’m glad to be able to have the chance to share with you all the great adventures and events that happen on OldCP and DSGHQ itself.</p>
<p>I can’t wait to post more soon.

<p>I am Hashir, and I have been recently selected as a Blog author for this blog. I’m happy to be chosen and I will make lots of posts hopefully. Currently we are fixing the Blog and updating it, so you can expect a lot more posts soon. Now that you know a little about what’s going on with the blog, I’ll tell you a little about me.</p>
<p>I first started getting involved in the CPPS community in 2012. Although I was very young, I managed to find some CPPSes and made some friends. The first CPPS I played was AtlanticPenguin. In mid-2013 I found OldCP via CPPSHQ. I started playing and became friends with lots of people. Currently I am an Administrator on Oldcp and other DSGHQ services. I’m in Grade 7 currently and I am soon to be 13.</p>
<p>Well that is it! I tried not to make a too long and boring introduction post but not a short and quick post either. Thanks for reading.</p>

$html<p>Hello everyone! PenguinDSC here. There has been a lot of news lately, but since it has really been covered by other news reporters, and others, I thought I would focus on one main subject. There was a session this morning at around 9:00 AM EST, and Damen held it. He told us that CPAC was banned from all dsghq services. Why? Because they are not that trustworthy, since Zing said truthfully that he was a pervert. He also cussed on the staff chat, on tinychat, and was inappropriate at some points. Roberto accepted the demotion of Zing and for cpac to be banished, and for the demotion of himself, but armies are still allowed to come, just not host events. We will not be in contact with cpac (club penguin army central), and none of the cpac staff will be able to come to any of the dsghq services, as they are banned or will be banned. cpac made posts on their blog about us, and helped a little bit around here and there, but now, they are gone. <p style="text-align:center;">Today, the first army CP Army Central covered OldCP tournament started with two of our armies taking on two of the houses from OldCP. The Doritos of Club Penguin and the Army of Club Penguin represented our community today against the House Random Productions and the House Wizards.</p>

$html<p>Hey there! There were many things and events that happened this past week such as coronations, new organizations formed, etc. Lets get on with it!</p>
<p>This past Saturday, the coronation of Princess Chelsey made it official. She has become the new Empress. After a long reign by our beloved former Empress IceeSofie, it’s time for someone new to take over. After waiting out in the courtyard, users came into /thrones where Damen was waiting. The coronation had begun, and Chelsey was sworn into Empress. After, /thrones was set up as the feast room & 26 courses were served.I swear I couldn’t eat another bite yet I kept going… what a wrong move. After all the meals we set out for a joust at /jr knights. Bashysmelly fought CoffeeCow, and Bashy was victorious. After this, Bashy fought Matthew. Surprising the crowd, Matt had killed Bashy by a few hearts. Good job to all those who competed; it was entertaining and pleasing. All those who lost in the joust will eventually have their main accounts back.</p>
<p>There was also a public announcement that there is a new organization. This is the Black Hands. The Black Hands is an organization in which they fight and kill for Shrek. Here is their channel: <a href="http://forums.damenspike.com/AssassinsOfTheBlackHand" rel="nofollow">http://forums.damenspike.com/AssassinsOfTheBlackHand</a> The powers/abilities of Black Hands are invisibility and a sword. I do not believe they have guns, nor do they have the ability to arrest, kick, ban, or warn, but they are strong as a team.</p>
<p>We also had some promotions over the weekend. There were two Moderators made and two knight made. The first Moderator was Cyberwolf. He is the Co-Founder of the DSGHQ and a former Administrator. Most everyone is glad to have him back; I believe he (again) will serve us well. The next Moderator is Faygo. She hasn’t had a promotion yet was given a chance as Moderator by Damen. Good luck to her!</p>
<p>There was a demotion in the DSGHQ this weekend also. Rae has been demoted from Moderator to Moth Priest; never to earn back Moderator again. She was demoted for leaking PW information. Roberto had also gotten in trouble for asking something innap of Rae on Xat. Because of this, he did not get Emperor Helper and it was instead given to Tennis. (more details below)</p>
<p>Freddy was promoted to knight. No surprise there, after being demoted from Knight, he was promoted once again. Freddy/Freddey/Freddo is a knight who has showed us bravery and good times, and I for one am glad to have him back. As a first time knight, he showed much bravery as he fought in the celebratory joust.</p>
<p>Did you hear? The WCI Competition was in town! This stands For World Champion; this competition was made up of 2 original events: Damenball and a Snowball Death Match. Anyone could participate and there were 2 rounds of each. As the scores were counted, there were many close calls on who would win. In the end, PenguinDSC won the competition. He got the title “World Champion” and got a WCI Original T-shirt.</p>
<p>This Sunday, Tennis was promoted to Emperor Helper. After Damen rethought the decision of having Roberto as Emperor Helper, it was made that Tennis received this. Chelsey gave him his rank aswell as his title. Tennis is a Prince, Lord of the Bank, Administrator, and plays a big part in helping out the DSGHQ. Congratulations to him, I know he will do well.</p>
<p>This was a huge weekend for the DSGHQ; many events, promotions, etc happened and overall just good times. $html<p>Yesterday, 5/25/15, there was a session around 5:00 PM EST, where Damen regained his title of emperor after Roberto gave it back to him. As First order of business, Damen appointed Roberto as the new Master of Moderators, in which he will be looking over the moderators and making sure they are doing their jobs correctly. Damen announced that his new hand guard would be The Stag, an old knight, whom will serve us forever. You can find more information about The Stag on the dsghq forums at <a href="http://forums.damenspike.com/view/43125/" rel="nofollow">http://forums.damenspike.com/view/43125/</a>. The Stag will be fighting his evil brother, The Mountain soon. There will be more information on it sometime soon, and it will be a vicious battle for the title of warlord. The Stag will kill The Mountain, and will be a victor for all.</p>
<p><strong>DSGHQ World Champion Competition</strong></p>
<p>We will have a new world champion this Spring, are <em>you</em> willing to compete? We do not know when it will be held, but Damen said it will be next week, so I hope you’re ready for loads of fun and a new dsghq Spring World Champion!</p>
<p><strong>Staff Promotions and Demotions + New Moderator Spreadsheet</strong></p>
<p>As well as Chex becoming moderator from the Moderator Competition of Spring 2015, there are some new staff. A couple days ago, Fluffybacon was promoted to moderator. The next morning, Music got Moderator after winning the Mini-Mod Comp. Sir Screenhog has resigned from his rank as moderator, which means that he has a moderator no more. The new warlord is The Stag, and he has moderator powers with Warlord.</p>
<p>The Moderator spreadsheet is something that Roberto created to help the moderators stay active. The idea was made by Chelsey, but Roberto modified it. The moderators must stay active for 24 hours a week. If they do not, then they get an X. If a moderator gets three X’s, without excuses that is, then they will most likely be demoted. <p>This afternoon I managed to add in blog statistics. There are currently two statistic rankings: “Blog Views” and “Top Views By Country”. The “Blog Views” widget gives a grand total of views in the current year. The “Top Views By Country” widget lists the top 3 countries that visit the blog.</p>
<p>Both widgets can be found on the sidebar.</p>

He will be back soon, but until then he has promoted Roberto to be the Emperor Regent of OldCP. Lord Roberto was also promoted to Administrator on all the DSGHQ games/services. While Damen is gone, Roberto will hold sessions when necessary, make sure everything is in order, and run OldCP alongside Emperor Helper Chelsey . The event was hosted by me, the winner got 1000 dsghq gold and the runner-up got 80 gold. <p>Most of you might know me, I’m CPManiac//Maniac. I’m 14 years old, and I’m the twin brother of PenguinDSC. I’ve been here since v5 (August 2013). I got Moderator in October 2013. I was inactive from April 2014 – August 2014, but I came back because I was busy no longer.  Since then I’ve earned Moderator back, and I’ve met some great friends + some older ones. I love Math and Gravity Falls. I also like Salmon (food) and Periwinkle (color). If you want to know about my real life, I’ll tell you as much as you can get. First of all, I live in GA. Second, My name is Harper. I’m Irish and English.</p>
<p>I was blogger once before, but never really made a post. Now that I’m back as Blogger; you’ll see me post 1-2 quality blog posts every week. This will include events on OldCP, updates on games such as the upcoming Lego Empire {to be named later}, promotions and demotions, updates on the DSGHQ forums, and most importantly, OldCP.</p>

<p><strong>Game of Mods</strong></p>
<p>The <a title="Game of Mods wiki" href="http://forums.damenspike.com/wiki/Game_of_Mods" target="_blank">moderator competition</a> of 2015 is going to be held on the 8th of May until the 10th!</p>
<p>I wish everyone who competes the best of luck, and I also hope that you have fun.</p>
<p><strong>Proposal</strong></p>
<p>I’m very exciting to announce that there should be another royal wedding soon! Emperor Damen has proposed to IceeSofie. Congratulations to the both of them!</p>
<p>The wedding will be on Saturday, May 9th, 12 PM EST !</p>

<p>I’m hoping there will be an Afterparty because I know that DSGHQ’s new Master of Parties will make it super fun! Which brings me to the next subject.</p>
<p><strong>Promotions</strong></p>
<p>One of the most exciting things are promotions, and a bunch were handed out today!</p>
<p><strong>Amandapink30</strong> was promoted to the Master of Parties! She is now in charge of all Royal parties! She has also hired 5 Party Guards: CoffeeCow, Sir Euan, Goldfish77, xAlliex, and 1Alice1!</p>
<p><strong>Freddo</strong> was promoted to the Master of uh… Sewage. This is because he is so good at taking care of ‘business’ So if you have any plumbing issues, tell him.</p>
<p><strong>Cyberwolf</strong> was promoted to the Master of <a title="DSGHQ Xat chat" href="http://xat.com/dsghq" target="_blank">XAT</a> pools! (Rooms that are limited to users ex. banned, owners, moderators users can only go into the pool)</p>
<p><strong>Maniac</strong> and <strong>DSC</strong> were promoted to Master of the Moderators! They are in-charge of making sure all moderators do their jobs correctly</p>
<p><strong>Jacobg627</strong> was promoted to Master of Books! If you’re looking for something to read, I assume he would be a great person to go to!</p>
<p><strong>Cheep</strong> was promoted to Master of Statistics! She is in charge of seeing the most users that are online at parties and more! She is also once again Lady of The Bank.</p>
<p><strong>Caeser </strong>was promoted to Imperial Knight because he had been reccomended so many times and he helped find the killer of Prince Archie!</p>
<p>Congratulations to everyone who got promoted!</p>
<p><strong>Resignation</strong></p>
<p>Lastly, I have some very sad news. Angi has resigned from Moderator and was demoted. We will greatly miss her and are thankful for her work on DSGHQ.</p>
<p>It was a very eventful Sunday with all the promotions and future event announcements! I’m very excited to see what’s in store for the future of DSGHQ.</p>

<p> I am PenguinDSC, or DSC, a moderator of OldCP and the DSGHQ xat chat. My real name is Daniel. I am 14 years old currently, and I love to play OldCP in my free time, and some of my hobbies are watching TV, playing video games, biking, and swimming. </p>
<p>I joined OldCP in June 2013, and have been a part of the staff since November of that year, on and off. I joined OldCP as PenguinDSC, but when I died in the second warlord competition, my name was changed to DSC. I have never really been interested in CPPSes (Club Penguin Private Servers) until I met OldCP. </p>
<p>My favorite color is red, and I am very interested in Mario games, because they bring back memories, not for me, but for early gaming. I love old games like the Pac-Man Franchise. My favorite artists are Imagine Dragons and Coldplay, but I do love many songs from the 80’s and 90’s. I love to write material, and I read a book every now and then!</p>
<p>I will be posting on the blog about 2 times a week, and I will be very happy spreading the news and latest updates of the DSGHQ and OldCP for you! I really love to play OldCP, and it brings back so many memories of the old Club Penguins with the old client. I am excited to start as a blogger!</p>

$html<p>On May 1st, the empire held a funeral for the fallen Prince Archie I, who died training future Knights of the DSGHQ. First everyone held a two minutes of silence. Then the Wise Priest, Mico gave a speech. Flowers were presented and the ceremony ended with a speech by a speech from Emperor Damen and Empress Iceesofie. Archie’s body was burned in the Moth Temple by Mico, Damen, Tennis, Hashir, Dancebear and Iceesofie. The burning of Archie’s body marked the end of the healing process and Prince Archie II was born.</p>
