My favorite cz era in OldCP has to be the NWO era.

Back then, there were 2 types of Draconians:
- The publicly evil Draconians
- The hidden Draconians that held high positions of power

The hidden Draconians, who would usually be Council Members, would meet up in locked rooms to have meetings with dark deities (Legion/Doom/Pythas) and amongst themselves. There, they would discuss how to further their plans of world domination, and would receive orders from these dark deities. To pursue their agendas, these hidden Draconians would either use diplomacy to influence key figures on the game or enlist the publicly evil Draconians to do the dirty work for them. That was how the One World King prophecy was fulfilled and I ruled over every island in the game, albeit for a short time.

The secrecy behind it all and the methods used for Council Members to fulfill their agendas were some of my favorite aspects of the crimezone. For example, if you needed control over the Knights so that they would let the Draconians escape the South after killing someone, you would plant moles in the Knights, and have one of them rise to the rank of Knight Captain, so that they could then hire more Draconian Knights.

Back then, evil was dark and mysterious. It was cool. I miss it

The new King Regent of Cobia under House Drake, King Kabal of House Hydra, has announced that he is looking for a new Warlord.

The Warlord Tournament will take place tomorrow, Sunday (April 10th), at 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST / 7 PM GMT.

The Tournament will be held in the form of a Battle Royale Joust. All fighters must fight on alts made specifically for this Tournament, dubbed "[name]Cobia" (e.g OrbayCobia). All fighters wll be given a full set of Gold Armor, a Gold Shield and a Gold Sword to fight with. The last remaining fighter will win the "Warlord of Cobia" title and 10,000 gold on their main.

Let the best fighter win.
