So, many rookies are struggling (not really) with some of the restrictions. I believe that the rookie system should go a little different.

Suggested Rookie Changes:

Rookies may comment on moods if they obtain 20 reputation; if the rookie is someone who got demoted or used a sacrifice, they'd have to wait.

Rookies can post images if reviewed by a staff member (meaning that there post must be pending if it has pictures/photos on it), or the rookie can just post it without seen pictures, but just links.

Rookies may not like posts until they have 30 reputation (this goes for everyone, to prevent spamming)

Rookes may only access the application section once they receive 20 posts and 30 likes.

Rookies can make pms to members (and members only; but if abused, that privilege would be taken away).

Rookies cannot be rated.

Suggestion in general

For the four badges that you can earn by making posts (with the badge for getting the title correct), a staff member must review it, and staff members would be able to give those badges (and only those four), to make sure no one is cheating/plagiarizing; this one is just a suggestion, even though that there are rules for plagiarizing.
