iOldCP was created as a recreation experiment of the original OldCP, with a separate user base for users who paid to become patrons. It was created on November 29, 2018 and released on December 30, 2019. On December 31, 2019 the game went back into private and members who were loyal to the community values were given access to play iOldCP.
On July 27, 2019, iOldCP went down for an update which would turn the game into a training game. This update was never completed.
On November 11th 2019, Damen announced iOldCP would return but only every Monday. This changed and the game was kept open all week. The ownership also ended up changing hands to Brit after Damen consulted with the community and decided the game needed new ownership. Eventually, iOldCP died out and OldCP died with it. Damen then made the decision to close down iOldCP and keep OldCP up as the main game.
After discussion with the Administration, Damen agreed to re-open IOldCP for its third version. Stipulations included that to gain access, players would need 1 day activity in OldCP. The game would only be open on Mondays to start with. On July 2nd, 2020. iOldCP was officially brought back once more with Orlock as the Emperor.

Orlock was the next to become Emperor of iOldCP, he became Emperor after Zelrus went inactive and relinquished the throne. His helpers were Wilf and Pablo. The game eventually closed under Orlock but then reopened in December for a short period of time. This time his helpers were Jesse and Alatar.
