you know how must jobs have emplyoe of the month? we should do mod of the month who ever did the best work that month is announced what do you think?

its ok but i just don't want any mods to think they did a BETTER job than another mod.all mods are equally great.

Its a cool idea, but I think it'd put down some other moderators who don't obtain the award. Cool idea, but yeah.

 each month a different moderator WILL get it.. we will wait until each moderator gets to be mod of the month then restart that cycle.
