Hey, its Rawr!

Now i found an idea for punishements, as in for people who break rules.

My idea is a simple one, all it is, is a muting power for moderators.
This muting power will simply be before a kick.

The mute power has time limits. Those time limits would depend on the
situation with the penguin (user, or person).

Its just a simple Suggestion to you people!
