Before I start to complain; I am warning you, do not read this post if you're just going to say, "Grow up." "There's going to be swearing everywhere you go." "Get over it." "I just tolerate it." Or anything of those sorts.
I say this because on almost every post that complains there are/is (a) comment(s) almost exactly like the ones listed before.

I logged onto good Ol' Cp this evening to immediately find a group of people swearing profusely. Normally I wouldn't bat an eye at this. But they were being racist, and super offensive. I tried to contradict them but they continued to say it. I found it absurd how they were so ignorant. I really don't care if you say, "grow up." I'm only trying to protect the younger players of this game. I have had it with the amount of people who are being rude, disrespectful and talking without and thinking of who could potentially see what they're saying. This is, and I quote The "DS General Rules"
- Do not use bad language.
- Do not spam.
- Respect everyone including staff members.
- Obey the judgement of staff members.
- Do not bully others.
- Do not try to trick the rules.
- Do not threat staff or members.

We need to find a solution to this. I'm not saying, "Damen, Cw and Chelsey, we need to start hiring moderators!" I'm asking you to find some way to keep your users safe. If you don't discover a solution soon, there might not be any users to protect...

Please, comment your thoughts on what some people call "The new Oldcp."

Oldcp has truly changed I hate it. I used to go on oldcp and be excited. Now I am like,meh. I stay on for 12 minutes or I may get bored. I am thinking of just using oldcp rarely. I don't have much to do there anymore. ;-;

I don't really know what the last sentence has to do with anything,but i agree! People need to stop breaking the rules just because there aren't a lot of mods,or mods aren't on at the time.Everyone shouls respect the rules,moderators or not.

I miss the old days, when everybody liked each other, and staff members were more like friends and rarely punished. Now every time I go on Old CP, I have a knot in my stomach knowing somebody will threaten to hack, or swear, or something else.
I want Old Old CP back!

I liked being happy when I'm playing it for going on OldCP with my friends, I miss old OldCP..

I remember back in v5, No worries, No problems about people wanting to become Mod, No drama. I do miss the old OldCP but I like that Damen is trying everything he can, even if it means risking his users. As he said during stage 3 of the mod comp "The last generation users are starting to quit, we need the next generation people." So I guess it is time to adjust. We need late night mods, but even with 13 mod, none of them were online at night. So this is a permanent problem that needs to be fixed. But I know how you feel.

I agree..... There are not enough Mods. I truly miss being a Moderator, but we do need more. It is not enough.

Having less moderators makes OldCP less vulnerable to hacking, which is why Damen did it. Damen has said that there will be about four, but I think about two more won't hurt - but they must be the best of the best.

This is a very good post. You used great grammar and vocabulary. On topic: Tell a mod or PW captain the name if the people cursing and they will keep an eye on them.

I agree but oldcp isn't ruined cuz of a few mods demoted. People where swearing in v1. But I think what we need is the cyber bully busters! I think it would help a billion! If any of you don't know of the cyber bully busters heres how it works. Say theres a penguin named bob and one named fill. Fill calls bob a swear word! So some one summons fill to the phone lair (which is the cyber bully busters base)and judging my how mean the comment was they would kick or ban fill. That's why I think we need that agency!

I see the most popular times of playing oldcp is now 5:00 to 6:00 EST. I remember those old days where we solved cases at 7 in the morning . I liked old oldcp back, I know the admins are doing their hardest, so it looks like we just have to stick with this for a while.

Mods can't be on all the time. And Damen re-made oldcp about 1 month ago so don't expect to much.

He re made it a few years ago.
