I just though of a good idea. There should be oldcp judges. When two users fight or one user makes a claim that 1 user did something to them, they should go to court. They present their case to the judge, and he decides a verdict. The judge then tells the emperor their verdict and the emperor will decide a punishment/reward where it is fit.

This is a good idea, but it has been presented before. Damen is the one who ultimately makes the decision.
I also think it is sad that we feel the need to have a court system... what has oldcp come to? Why cant people just do what they are supposed to do.
sorry to get off topic, but this is my views on the matter.

Any crimes such as treason is reported to the emperor. Then, the is a session at the R.Snail throne (/thrones). The emperor will decide from either; a punishment, an execution or if you can go free with forgiveness.
There's no need for this when there's a similar system.
