I think we should have a court room because some penguins do bad things and Moderators need proof. We can use the court when it is a major problem like when there is a hacker, or a faker or something like that. Maybe you, Cyberwolf, and Chelsey could be online. Moderators could send messages to you that there is a hacker, or a faker. Then one of the admins could come, because penguins listen to admins. If the enemy is guilty, the mods or admins could ban him/her, kick, or ipban. In the court room there should be two witness boxes, judge (admins or mods could be the judge) and a lawyer (the lawyer could be the one who was not present at crime or something). The witnesses should be there too, sitting on there seats. The court room should be called JR Court (of course). Everyone could there.
