Hello user/reader/player (s),

Recently I have came up with a good enough idea. It is a very useful idea about creating penguins. My idea is that there should be a limit of creating penguins, by ip/computer. That way, OldCP doesn't get some many ID's. Yes, me myself, have created loads of penguins, but I don't use them. But anyways, I was just giving out my idea about have a penguin creating limit!

I agree with your post, there should be a penguin creating limit because each penguin that isn't used wastes up 1 ID.
