New Rank: Agent

I think we should have the rank of "Agent" on the forum so people know who the PSA agents are. It can be rank 4, above News Reporter but behind Moderator. I have made a list of the ranks including my suggested one, not involving "Banned."

Rank 1-Member
Rank 2-Master
Rank 3-News Reporter
Rank 4-Agent
Rank 5-Moderator
Rank 6-Administrator

Another thing I have in mind is what they are able to do to contribute to the Forum. I have made a list for this particular idea.

1.) Have grey namecolor
2.) Are able to kick
3.) Can give out warning points

Also, if people have the rank "News Reporter", their rank can show up as News Reporter/Agent. Basically, it can be a way to earn Agent from News Reporter.

 They should be rank 2 ingame. No they shouldn't lock discussions but they should walk on walls
