Basically, we could have a bunch of penguins in the rank of 'Support' and they would be penguins to help out in-game and forum. They would be a big help for the staff because we receive messages a lot. The support team would be trained users who would help out new users. What do you think? Comment below your thoughts.

I think that is great! You mods must have a lot of stress, so a support team would be great for you guys! That's something I would be very interested in doing because i love to help new players around all the time, and answer peoples questions. Great idea, hashir!

make sure your supporting your friends on oldcp and ill be keeping an eye (im always on oldcp so be careful)
