Hey guys its me Skippyy! I wanna tell you guys how to eat great food and still be healthy!

Tip #1!

Have a good meal for example:
Say for dinner you had turkey
and for desert u had some fruits thats
great makes u eat great food and stay
healthy!


Tip #2!

If you eat take out ( Like McDonnell's) Once every two weeks.


Tip #3!


Go for a diet! Helps you stay fit!
